In der Einzelkonkurrenz war für Coco Gauff 2024 im Viertelfinale Schluss. Die US-Amerikanerin konnte sich mit dem Sieg im Doppel trösten: An der Seite ihrer tschechischen Partnerin Katerina Siniakova setzte sie sich in zwei Sätzen mit 7:6 (7:5), 6:3 gegen die Italienerinnen Sara Errani und Jasmine Paolini durch. Während es für Gauff der erste Grand-Slam-Titel in der Doppel-Konkurrenz war, heimste Siniakova bereits ihren achten Major-Titel ein.
